Aerial Photography Services Price List
Mast Aerial Photography:
Standard Package - £250

Up to 10 high-resolution aerial photographs.

Drone Aerial Photography:

Incur additional fuel costs at 50p per mile as well as congestion, toll, and parking charges, where applicable.
If we are approached by a client with an interesting project or a well-worthy cause.
Sometimes we are looking for Kudos rather than profit.
On these occasions, we do undertake photography projects free of charge.
All we ask is the client contributes towards, reasonable expenses incurred, to carry out the work.

Payment Terms:
All jobs are subject to acceptance of Photo Elevate Terms and Conditions that will accompany quotations.
When the client has agreed to our proposal, a 25% deposit may be due depending on the nature of the project.
The remaining balance will be due no later than 14 days after invoicing of the job.
Printing Prices:
Other sizes are available . Please request a price for any specific needs.

We have bespoke Public Liability Insurance for up to £10 million (Project dependent)
Insurance:
1. Service Agreement
Before Photo Elevate provides its services, we will mutually confirm the site visit date(s), the number of setup positions, and any specific requirements. During this consultation, we will discuss site access, property positions, and other factors relevant to aerial photography.
The contract between Photo Elevate and our clients may be verbal but is typically supported by written confirmations and explanations. We will strive to fulfil the photographic contract within the constraints of availability, equipment readiness, weather conditions, and other limiting factors. We cannot be held responsible if we are unable to execute the task due to such restrictions.
2. Digital Manipulation
Standard adjustments such as toning, colouring, and sharpening are included in our services at no additional cost. Photo Elevate also offers supplementary digital manipulation services, such as background object removal, sky colour alteration, panoramic stitching, etc., which will incur an extra fee upon agreement.
Please note that photographs used for property sales or marketing should not be altered in a way that misrepresents the property. If digital image manipulation is requested, Photo Elevate cannot be held accountable for any misrepresentation if the photos are later used for such purposes.
3. Pricing
The cost of services provided by Photo Elevate will be outlined in the agreed-upon order, considering the specific client requirements, such as the number of site locations and additional travel mileage. Please be aware that Photo Elevate reserves the right to charge for additional services or time if the agreed order changes.
VAT may be applied at the prevailing rate during invoicing, where applicable.
4. Payment Terms
Payment in full is due upon receipt of Photo Elevate's invoice, which will be provided with the final images unless alternative arrangements have been made. Late payments may incur interest charges at the prevailing bank base rate plus 4% if not received within 30 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Delivery of Completed Images
We will deliver all goods in the agreed-upon format promptly after completing the shoot. If digital manipulation is required, this may extend the delivery time.
We aim to meet all agreed deadlines unless notified otherwise (see note below on weather conditions).
6. Permissions
Photo Elevate diligently adheres to privacy and copyright laws. Necessary permissions for operating on private land, in areas with parking restrictions, or near sensitive locations (such as military facilities, government buildings, schools, airports, etc.). Must be obtained. The photographs we capture must not infringe upon individual privacy rights. When operating on public land, highways, or footpaths, local permissions may also be necessary. We provide proper signage while equipment is in operation in or near public access areas.
Clients are responsible for obtaining the appropriate permissions for aerial photography. Failure to do so may result in photography not being possible, and charges for travel time and costs incurred may apply.
7. Weather Conditions
Extreme weather conditions may occasionally prevent aerial photography for safety and equipment limitations. In such cases, Photo Elevate will reschedule the shoot as soon as possible after the initially agreed-upon date.
Photo Elevate is not liable for missed deadlines due to weather conditions. If work is disrupted by weather, we will conduct a further site visit at no extra cost to complete the job.
8. Copyright
Unless negotiated otherwise, Photo Elevate retains the copyright of images taken as part of a commission. Images come with either personal or corporate reproduction rights, as agreed upon during ordering.

Personal reproduction rights allow the client to copy images for personal use only and do not permit corporate advertising, marketing, or electronic media use without written permission from Photo Elevate.

Corporate reproduction rights enable clients to use the images for their promotional materials, marketing, advertising, internet/intranet sites, etc.
Images may not be sold or transferred to third parties without Photo Elevate's permission, and we reserve the right to charge fees for third-party image use upon request.
9. Image Usage
Photo Elevate is not liable if commissioned images are used in a defamatory manner by the client. We also reserve the right to object to photographs being used in any way that damages our business's reputation.
Unless explicitly stated in writing by the client, Photo Elevate may use commissioned images in our promotional materials. Additionally, we may make the images available for sale to third parties, unless otherwise specified in writing by the client at the time of commission.
